Chester's Hamburgers - The Ultimate Burger Haven in San Antonio, TX

Chester's hamburgers is literally the best place to get a burger. The poppyseed buns are amazing! Everytime I am in San Antonio I have to get a Chester's burger. I think the servers are really sweet.

Love this place! The Hollywood Park and Pat Booker locations are the go to spots. Get the Double or get the Chili Cheese Burger! It will not disappoint!

I. Love. This. BURGER! This was the burger my 90 yr old mom wanted before she died. The H'wood Park Chester's is the only location that makes them like they did when they opened. The 410 location is horrible. I10 is only passable. I think all new hires need to be trained at the H'wood Park location to get it right. Every. Time. The fries I can do without and I don't eat American cheese. Cheddar always but they don't offer cheddar but for a true blue all American burger juice medium rare with a perfectly toasted bun, nothing g beats a Chester's!!!

Listen. If you are craving a burger, do yourself a favor and come to Chester's. Your tummy will be full and your taste buds will leave satisfied. This is a local favorite their buns have poppy seed and it's a sizable burger. I also LOVE the malts here, it's so smooth and the right sweetness. Their service is fast and efficient, you order at the front, you give them your name, and your order will be ready within minutes. Always a good time at Chesters!

Chester's serves good burger that all still run less than or at $10 for a double cheeseburger. The burgers are juicy, and the double will more than fill you up. Avoid the green chilies which don't add much spice or flavor, but the bacon is a nice touch to add. The fries are a generously served portion. They're really long and crispy, but you'll have to add your own salt because for some reason Chester's won't. Or if they do it's unnoticeable because while well cooked, these are bland fries. The shakes are good and the vibe is older but fun. Lunch rush is awful so go during an off hour. Parking at this location might be a little tougher in a bigger vehicle thanks to a smaller parking lot.
